1 General Terms

2 Registration & Account

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at TB88. Owning more than one account under the same name, address, phone number, or device is considered a violation that may result in balance freezing and account closure.

7 Inactive Accounts

A TB88 account is considered inactive if there is no login or transaction activity for 90 consecutive days. For inactive accounts that still carry a balance, TB88 will charge a monthly administration fee of IDR 20,000 or the equivalent in the applicable currency.

TB88 will send an email notification to the account holder before inactive account terms take effect. If the balance in an inactive account is fully depleted by administrative fees, the account will be closed automatically. Members can reactivate their account at any time by logging in and contacting the TB88 support team.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
